OTEMS medics respond to an automobile accident

OTEMS is a tax-supported district which provides emergency medical care to a 180-square mile area of Rogers County including Oologah, Talala and rural Claremore. It operates Advanced Life Support units (ALS) from stations in Oologah and just north of Claremore. All units have a paramedic aboard.

The district is governed by a  five-member board appointed by the Rogers County Commission. Board members serve staggered, five year terms.

The Board meets at 6:30 p.m. the second Thursday of each month at Station 2 and Administrative Headquarters. See the link at the right for the most recent agenda, the current Director’s report, minutes of past meetings and other public documents. Meetings are open to the public and each agenda offers an opportunity for public comment.

OTEMS serves the Oologah-Talala School District (yellow) and other parts of Rogers County.
